The call for applications for round 3 funding from InnovateNoW is now closed. Please check back soon for news regarding the launch of round 4.

Putting innovation into practice in the North West NHS

Are you an NHS staff member or organisation within the North West with ideas on how to improve healthcare services to deliver better patient benefit? Perhaps you would like to trial a new service or make changes to an existing one? Or see an innovation you are already using to good effect adopted across other parts of the region?

If so, your organisation may qualify for funding to help put your ideas into practice. InnovateNoW has been established by NHS North West, from its regional innovation fund, to encourage the adoption of innovative practices or partnerships which could lead to long-term improvements in healthcare services.

InnovateNoW offers funding ranging from £5,000 to £250,000 through three different award schemes. Applications must come from NHS organisations in the North West but can include partnerships with other healthcare bodies, universities and private or voluntary sector partners from anywhere in the UK.

The InnovateNoW programme focuses on addressing the recommendations of Healthier Horizons and Clinical Pathway Groups in the region and delivering the QIPP (quality, innovation, productivity and prevention) agenda.

Please note: If you would like to receive notification of each funding round, please watch the website for details or subscribe to receive updates using the form on this page.
